At Lit Escalates, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer.
Drop Off Shipment
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
